Your shipment with SAKAEM includes up to 100 lbs of personal items or household goods stored in the trunk area or secured below the window line. If your shipment includes ocean transit (Hawaii shipments), your vehicle must be emptied of all items. A designated (adult) must be present at pickup and delivery. This designated person plays an important role in the shipping process including documenting the state of the vehicle and signing the Bill of Lading, which acts as a receipt of the vehicle’s condition.

Here’s how it works: When you book your shipment, you provide your preferred pickup address in New York City and your delivery address in Las Vegas. Our assigned carrier will come directly to these locations to pick up and drop off your vehicle.

In some cases, large car carriers may not be able to access certain streets due to low-hanging trees, narrow roads, or tight turns. This is especially common in parts of NYC with older infrastructure. If this happens, your driver will contact you to arrange a nearby meeting spot like a parking lot or gas station. This ensures your car ships safely and on time.

Door-to-door service is included in your quote at no extra charge. It’s designed to make your New York City to Las Vegas auto transport as convenient as possible.
