Before your car leaves Arizona, follow these quick steps to keep it safe and avoid extra fees:

• Clean the vehicle. Remove trash, personal items, and any loose accessories (roof racks, bike racks, spoilers).
• Turn off toll tags and remove any toll transponders. Carriers cannot transport active devices.
• Gather all keys. Provide the driver with the main key and any remote‑start or valet keys.
• Check fluids and battery. Ensure oil, coolant, and windshield‑washer fluid are at proper levels and the battery is at least 50% charged.
• Document the condition. Take photos of the interior and exterior, noting scratches or dents.
• Secure or remove fragile items. Take out GPS units, antennas, and any items that could break.
• Inspect tires. Inflate to the recommended pressure and note any low‑tire warnings.

Yes. When you ship a vehicle with Sakaem Logistics in Arizona, the carrier must carry at least $1,000,000 in liability insurance and $100,000 in cargo insurance. We verify that the policy is active and in good standing for the entire trip. This coverage protects against loss, damage, or theft while the car is in transit. If you have any concerns, you can ask us to provide a copy of the carrier’s insurance certificate before loading.

Plan ahead. We recommend booking your pickup at least 14 days in advance, and preferably 3–4 weeks if you can. Early booking lets carriers group your vehicle with others traveling the same route, which lowers cost and secures space during Arizona’s peak seasons (summer vacation and holiday periods). If you wait until the last minute, you may face limited carrier options and higher rates.

We accept all forms of payment. We can arrange credit cards or arrange for you to pay the carrier directly through cash/certified check. We even accept payment via Cash/Zelle/Venmo.

Your shipment with SAKAEM includes up to 100 lbs of personal items or household goods stored in the trunk area or secured below the window line. If your shipment includes ocean transit (Hawaii shipments), your vehicle must be emptied of all items. A designated (adult) must be present at pickup and delivery. This designated person plays an important role in the shipping process including documenting the state of the vehicle and signing the Bill of Lading, which acts as a receipt of the vehicle’s condition.

Open transport uses a standard flatbed with three lanes that are exposed to the open air. It is the most common method, usually 30‑50% cheaper than enclosed service, and works well for everyday vehicles, trucks, and SUVs. The main trade‑off is exposure to sun, wind, rain, dust and road debris.

Enclosed transport places the vehicle inside a fully covered trailer. This adds a protective barrier against Arizona’s intense sun, desert dust, and any stray rocks or debris. Because the trailer is sealed, the price is typically about 50% higher. Enclosed service is best for classic cars, exotic models, vehicles with custom paint, or any high‑value auto that can’t risk cosmetic damage.

Both options ship on the same schedule and use the same door‑to‑door logistics; the choice comes down to budget versus level of protection you need.

Yes, Sakaem Logistics offers door-to-door auto transport throughout Arizona. When you book, we ask for the exact pickup and delivery addresses. Our carrier will travel to those locations, load your vehicle, and deliver it to the address you provide. If a road restriction, size limitation, or safety concern prevents a direct drop‑off, we will arrange a nearby safe spot such as a well‑lit parking lot or gas station. Our goal is to keep the process simple, transparent, and affordable—just as we have done since 2012.

We transport sedans, SUVs, pickup trucks, electric vehicles, vans and motorcycles across all 48 continental states + Hawaii. Our services even provide shipment for golf carts, ATVs, or RVs. We can ship vehicles that don’t run so long as the vehicle can roll, brake, and steer, and that you can provide the carrier with a key to the vehicle. The only exception is boats, which we do not transport.
